Sleep Workshop

This workshop will focus on learning the basics of sleep and strategies to improve sleep patterns and habits. This workshop is educational and not for treatment of sleep disorders. If diagnosis or treatment of sleep disorders is required, please speak to your family doctor or health care provider.

WHO CAN JOIN?
Workshop attendees must be 18 years of age or older, who would like to learn more about health and wellness. This program is not for individuals in crisis, experiencing psychosis or diagnosed with chronic mental illness. Individuals in crisis may contact the CMHA Peel Crisis Line at 905-278-9036.
HOW LONG ARE THE GROUPS?
Workshops run weekly for 60 minutes and are educational with the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each session. Clients can choose to enter one single workshop or choose all topics depending on each client’s individual preferences.
WHERE ARE THE GROUPS HELD?
Workshops are currently offered as virtual sessions and are hosted on an encrypted Zoom platform.
